His career began with a focus on leveraging technology to solve complex challenges. At Lockheed Martin, Chris played a pivotal role in the development of their Energy & Cyber Services division, leading strategic planning initiatives that secured over $2 billion in sales. As the division's first business development manager, he generated $5 million in revenue in its inaugural year, laying the foundation for a thriving commercial strategy.
Chris's expertise expanded during his tenure at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, where he spearheaded business development and delivery of NetSuite software and IT strategy services. His success in building client-centric solutions set the stage for his next chapter at Deloitte Consulting, where he became a recognized leader in Deloitte Digital. Overseeing $85 million in sales and $45 million in managed revenue, Chris drove the expansion of the Deloitte NetSuite practice, leading global enterprise deployments and mentoring teams to scale operations effectively. His thought leadership in finance transformation culminated in co-authoring the article "M&A Loves the Cloud," published in the Wall Street Journal, and presenting industry webinars on the impact of cloud technology.
Chris currently serves as a Director at RSM US LLP, where he continues to drive operational excellence and deliver tailored solutions that align with client goals.

Caroline’s career journey started in national field sales, where she consistently outperformed sales targets and gained firsthand insights into the importance of customer relationships, streamlining processes, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth. She then transitioned into the multi-unit education space, quickly rising through the ranks and eventually serving as the Vice President of Marketing, Admissions, and Enrollment, overseeing a vast network of schools nationwide. Along the way, she developed a deep understanding of what drives organizational success: clear communication, a solid strategy, and authentic connections.
